Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you want, at your own pace.
What happens when credits run out?
You simply top up again. There are no overage charges. When your balance hits zero, requests will pause until you add more credits.
Why credits instead of a subscription?
Different models cost different amounts. Credits let you pay fairly for what you actually use, whether that is 1,000 chat messages or 10 video generations.
Can I use any model with any credit pack?
Yes. All 50+ models across all 10 providers are available with any credit balance. No tiers, no feature gates.
How is pricing calculated?
We pass through the upstream API cost plus a small margin. You will always see the exact cost of each request in your usage dashboard before and after it runs.
Are there refunds?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support and we will process it promptly.
